Are these physical books?
No. Growing Minds sells digital books and printable activities. No physical book or parcel will be delivered. Check each listing for its file format and printing requirements.
Which languages will be available?
We’re developing English and Urdu resources. Each listing will identify its language. A product includes both languages only when it is labelled bilingual.
How do I choose the right age level?
Review the intended age range, description, and sample pages. Consider the reader’s interests and reading ability alongside their age. Some activities may require an adult’s help.
Can I use a phone to read a PDF?
Yes, with a compatible PDF reader. Activities involving writing, drawing, or puzzles may be easier to complete on printed pages. Check the product description before purchasing.
What currency are prices shown in?
Store prices are shown in Pakistani rupees (PKR). Review your order total at checkout before paying.
When can I download my purchase?
Download access is provided after payment is confirmed. Payment methods requiring manual verification may take longer. Use an email address you can access when placing your order.
What if my download does not work?
Check your internet connection and try opening the file with a compatible PDF reader. If the problem continues, email contact@personalgrowthandbehaviour.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Never include passwords or payment verification codes.
Do I need to print every book?
No. Reading books can be viewed digitally. Printable workbooks may include activities designed for paper. Each product description will explain what is needed; printing costs are separate from your purchase.
How do I ask about a refund?
