Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of MDCAT Mock Lab, including free diagnostics, paid mock attempts, accounts, results and related services.
1. Educational purpose
MDCAT Mock Lab is an independent exam-preparation platform intended for educational practice and self-assessment.
The platform does not conduct the official MDCAT and is not a substitute for official admission information, regulations, eligibility requirements or examination instructions issued by the relevant authorities.
2. Independent status
MDCAT Mock Lab is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by PMDC, King Edward Medical University, any other medical university, admission authority or examining body.
References to KEMCOLIANS describe the educational background of individuals involved with the platform and do not imply institutional endorsement.
3. User accounts
Paid mock attempts are linked to the account used during purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
- Do not share your password with other users.
- Do not allow another person to use your paid attempt.
- Do not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Paid mock attempts
Each purchase of the MDCAT Full Mock Exam – 1 Attempt provides one digital mock attempt to the purchasing user account once payment has been successfully confirmed.
A new randomized paper may be generated when a valid unused attempt is started.
5. Payment and activation
Placing an order does not by itself guarantee immediate access to a paid mock.
Access is activated only after the relevant payment is successfully confirmed or the order otherwise reaches a valid paid status in our system.
Failed, cancelled, reversed or unverified payments do not create a right to a paid attempt.
6. Starting and consuming an attempt
A paid attempt is treated as in use once the student begins the protected full mock through the authorized account flow.
The attempt is treated as consumed after successful submission of the corresponding mock.
Students should begin a paid mock only when they are prepared to attempt it under the displayed conditions.
7. Technical interruptions
Online testing depends on devices, browsers, internet connections, hosting infrastructure and third-party services.
We do not guarantee that every session will be completely free from interruption.
If a significant technical problem attributable to our platform prevents reasonable use of a paid attempt, contact us so we can investigate and determine an appropriate remedy.
Issues caused by a user’s local internet connection, device, battery, browser configuration or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may not qualify for replacement or refund.
8. Free diagnostic
The free diagnostic is provided for practice and introductory self-assessment.
Its score should not be treated as a prediction of official MDCAT performance, admission prospects or future academic results.
9. Scores and performance analytics
Scores, percentages, subject breakdowns and other analytics are generated for educational and self-assessment purposes.
They are not official examination results and do not guarantee any particular score, ranking, admission outcome or academic performance.
10. Question content
Mock questions are intended to support educational preparation. We aim to maintain reasonable accuracy and quality, but errors, ambiguities or disagreements may occasionally occur.
If you believe a question or answer key contains an error, you may report it to us for review.
11. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the platform or its content. Prohibited activities include:
- Copying, scraping, reproducing or redistributing substantial portions of the question bank without permission.
- Sharing paid exam access with other users.
- Attempting to bypass purchase, account or attempt-credit controls.
- Interfering with site security, payment processing or quiz systems.
- Using automated tools to extract questions, answers or site data without authorization.
- Engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse or payment manipulation.
12. Suspension or restriction
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, abusively or in violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may first request clarification or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
13. Intellectual property
The site’s original design, branding, written materials, software customizations and original mock-exam content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Purchasing an attempt gives you limited personal access to use the relevant mock for educational practice. It does not transfer ownership of the content or grant permission to republish, distribute or sell it.
14. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our separate Refund Policy.
Because paid mocks are digital services, eligibility may depend on whether an attempt has already been started, consumed or made available and whether a verified technical or payment issue occurred.
15. Third-party services
We may rely on third-party providers for services such as hosting, payments, email, analytics, security or other website functionality.
Those providers may operate under their own terms, privacy policies and service limitations.
16. Service changes
We may update, improve, modify or discontinue features of the platform when reasonably necessary.
We may also update question banks, pricing, test formats, analytics or other service features.
Where a material change affects a previously purchased unused attempt, we will aim to handle that change fairly.
17. Limitation of educational claims
We do not promise admission, a particular score, academic success or any specific improvement as a result of using the platform.
Preparation outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including the student’s knowledge, revision, examination conditions and official exam content.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, policies or legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
19. Applicable law
These Terms are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
